Where We Ship From

All orders are hand-reviewed and shipped from our Hong Kong workspace.

Estimated Processing & Delivery Time

Ready-to-ship orders normally dispatch within 1–3 business days. Handling and transit are separate.

After dispatch, estimated transit is 2–3 business days within Hong Kong, 7–12 business days for overseas e-Express+, and 12–16 business days for US International Standard Shipping.

Weekends and Hong Kong public holidays are excluded from handling time. Preorders follow the product's dispatch estimate. Customs clearance and carrier delays may extend transit. The delivery method and destination determine the estimate; your browsing language does not.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped out, we will add tracking information to your order notes so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local postal operations.

Duties and Taxes

We do not charge any export tax or sales tax on our end.

Buyers may be charged customs duties and handling fees by the local government or postal service upon arrival. These additional fees are not collected by us and are the buyer's responsibility.
